We recommend you have a light snack 30 minutes before the ride. If it is your first ride please be in the studio 15 minutes earlier, so that we can get you the right shoes and set up your bike.
Starting with your next ride your shoes will be ready and your bike will be set for you. We recommend a shirt or top and tights or shorts as ideal clothing – preferably light and breathable.
The shoes, water, towels and all toiletries are included.
